  • Vanderbilt customers also cannot use the online payment system for 90 days if they have a returned or failed payment

To make an online payment towards a Vanderbilt mortgage for the first time, the customer will need to have their checkbook, their loan account number and their Social Security number to register. If the person making the payment is not the primary Vanderbilt account holder, they will need to have all of that same information, plus the ZIP code of the primary account borrower. For any subsequent payment to a Vanderbilt mortgage, customers will just need to log in and enter the amount to be paid.

  • By providing free access to their FICO score, Vanderbilt helps customers maintain good credit
  • Vanderbilt Financial obtains FICO scores by using TransUnion, which is one of the largest credit reporting agencies.

If customers feel that their FICO score and “Key Credit Factors” provided to Vanderbilt by TransUnion are inaccurate, they can request a free copy of their own credit report by visiting the Annual Credit Report web site. If a customer finds inaccuracies from this report to the one provided, they can contact TransUnion for additional help.

A FICO score that is over 800 is considered to be among the best in the United States, with less than 20% of consumers having this rank. Borrowers with a FICO score this high show no issued for lenders. A FICO score that is above 740 to 800 is still considered very good, and shows a dependable borrower. A FICO score that is in the range of 670 to 740 is considered to be average in the US, is still a good borrower.   • With ReloadIt, customers can put money on a huge variety of prepaid cards conveniently, quickly, and securely
  • ReloadIt even offers “Wireless Reload,” where a customer’s wireless bill can be paid with a ReloadIt card. This service is only available at Kroger and Giant Eagle
  • ReloadIt can help customers put money on cards including American Express Seve, PayPal Prepaid MasterCard, PayPower, NetSpend, ReadyCard, Univision, Money Network and more

Customer can sign up for ReloadIt to add funds from multiple prepaid cards to one card, use one account to reload multiple prepaid cards, and even set up automatic prepaid card reloads every week or month. If a customer is just using a prepaid card to pay a bill one time, it’s not necessary to store it in the ReloadIt system.

  • There is no limit to the number of ReloadIt packs a customer can store in their ReloadIt Safe, but there is a limit of adding $1,000 worth of packs in one day
  • More than $10,000 worth of ReloadIt packs can’t be in a Safe at any time
  • ReloadIt cards can be purchased at many grocery stores like Kroger, Vons, Food Lion, Bi-Lo, and also at supply stores like Office Depot, and can only be paid for with cash

A reload credit or debit card cannot be used to purchase a ReloadIt pack. ReloadIt packs usually cost around $4, but that price will vary depending on the retailer and the location it was purchased. Any amount between $20 and $500 can be put on a ReloadIt pack.

RelaodIt customers will never need to give the number on the back of their ReloadIt pack to anyone. Giving this number is like sending cash, and it cannot be traced or refunded. Giving the number on a ReloadIt card should only be used for personally sending money to the card of someone the sender knows.
