Top Wall Street analysts have highlighted Datadog, Nvidia, and SpaceX as strong long-term investment picks ahead of upcoming earnings, pointing to artificial intelligence as a major growth driver. According to reporting by US Top News and Analysis (cnbc.com), these firms are successfully capitalizing on expanding market opportunities and increasing technology demand.
Datadog
Bank of America analyst Koji Ikeda maintained a buy rating on Datadog and increased his price target to $335 from $305 ahead of the third quarter of fiscal 2026. Ikeda pointed out that improving infrastructure software demand and artificial intelligence are boosting usage and growth. He identified Datadog and Atlassian as his primary selections, stating that companies proving artificial intelligence acts as a growth tailwind could experience valuation reratings even at premium multiples. The analyst estimates third-quarter revenue growth at 28.7%, compared to the Street consensus of 29.1%, while cautioning investors about customer concentration risks.
Ikeda stated, “We think results will be supportive of our long-term thesis that Datadog is a strong share gainer in the rapidly expanding observability opportunity.” Ikeda holds a rank of No. 673 among more than 12,500 analysts monitored by TipRanks, with a 55% success rate and an average return of 10.9%.
Nvidia
Semiconductor leader Nvidia remains a favored selection, with Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore reiterating his buy rating and setting a price target of $300 following the GTC Berlin conference. Moore described the chipmaker as a top pick in the semiconductor sector, noting that the event reinforced his view that the company successfully navigates funding, power, and supply chain hurdles.
Moore observed that Nvidia continues expanding its competitive edge toward 2027, with the Vera Rubin architecture gaining momentum. Although TSMC 3-nanometer wafer supply remains a primary challenge, Moore expects this constraint to ease gradually over time. Moore ranks No. 142 among more than 12,500 analysts on TipRanks, holding a 59% success rate and an average return of 23.4%.
SpaceX
Aerospace manufacturer SpaceX posted robust third-quarter financial figures, featuring artificial intelligence revenue that climbed to $7.56 billion from $813 million in the same period last year. Needham analyst Ryan Koontz responded by reaffirming a buy rating and a $250 price target for SpaceX, emphasizing that the vertically integrated business model is generating massive scale.
Koontz pointed to a 161% year-over-year increase in overall third-quarter revenue, alongside a 69.5% rise in Connectivity segment revenue that produced $2.37 billion in operating income as subscribers reached 13.6 million. Furthermore, artificial intelligence revenue surged 195.2% sequentially due to wholesale spot compute deals, with management targeting 10 gigawatts of incremental capacity growth through 2027.
Koontz noted, “With increasing confidence on Starship re-use, we meaningfully increase our estimates.” Koontz ranks No. 357 among more than 12,500 tracked analysts, with a 42% success rate and an average return of 23.7%.
