The customer is at the center of everything they do, and it’s evident that they take pride in helping people connect with each other. How people communicate is always changing, so Hallmark needs to make sure they’re meeting the needs of their customers. If something is working well, they need to know. And if something isn’t quite hitting the mark, they need to know that as well.
To make sure their customers have a voice, Hallmark has set up an online customer service survey. You’ll have a chance to share the details of your shopping experience directly with the corporate offices. When you do, you’re helping make this company even better in the future.
Beyond simply helping Hallmark though, there’s a benefit for you. Take this survey, and you could win $1,000 cash! A total of 17 winners will be chosen, with one new winner every single month. The winner each month will be drawn with two weeks of the end of the month. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the drawing. The winner each month is selected from that month’s eligible entries. Non-winning entries do not roll over into other months. The sweepstakes is open to legal US residents who are at the age of majority in their state. For most states, this is 18.
