The Meta Quest 3S virtual reality headset is currently available in refurbished condition for $255.99 through Meta’s eBay storefront. Shoppers can secure this price by applying the coupon code SAVE20TECH before the promotion ends on November 8th, offering a significant discount compared to its standard retail price of $349.99.
Refurbished Condition and Warranty Details
eBay notes that the certified refurbished device is in “like-new” condition following professional inspection and cleaning by the manufacturer. The package includes original or replacement accessories such as a power adapter, a glasses spacer, and wrist straps, and is backed by a two-year Allstate warranty.
Hardware and Performance Features
Positioned between the Quest 3 and the Quest 2, the Quest 3S utilizes the Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 processor and supports the same game library. It incorporates color passthrough cameras for mixing virtual and physical environments, operates as a standalone device without requiring a PC or gaming console, and ships with Meta’s Touch Plus controllers alongside hand-tracking capabilities.
While the display resolution and optics align more closely with the older Quest 2, resulting in narrower and slightly less sharp visuals, these compromises remain acceptable for entry-level virtual reality users given the lower cost.
