Vans Customer Survey

If you recently purchase a pair of Vans shoes, you know why they have the reputation they do as a top brand. To help make their shoes even better though, Vans is asking all of their customers to participate in a guest survey to share their experience shopping. What’s in it for you? Each month, 50 winners will be chosen to receive a coupon code good for a free pair of custom designed Vans. That’s up to an $85 value! You can choose any shoe in any style.
If you’d like, the survey is also available to take in French or Spanish. When you begin the survey, you’ll be asked the date of your purchase, and where your purchase was made, along with the transaction number that appears on your receipt. Then, you’ll be asked to rate how your shopping experience went, whether you shopped online or in store. Vans is looking for your honest opinion here, so don’t hold anything back. If there’s an area where they can improve, they legitimately want to know, and if an employee is going above and beyond, that employee needs to be acknowledged.
