Thank You Redeem Points
- Allows Citi Thank You members to redeem points online
- All Citi card members are encouraged to sign up for the Thank You program in order to obtain the most complete program experience
- Points can be redeemed by phone or online
THe Thank You Redeem Points service is free to use and customers will need a valid email address in order to register. Contrary to popular belief Cit Thank You members are allowed to redeem travel rewards online. Please note Citi ThankYou Members who have only a Citi Forward Card and/or a Citibank checking account are required to sign on to thankyou.com to see the points needed for their reward redemptions.
Thank You Redeem Points Comments
- Those who prefer cash are allowed to receive a check in $50 or $100 denominations
- Those who are more comfortable redeeming their points over the phone can dial the ThankYou Service Call Center at 1-800-THANKYOU
- The ThankYou Service Center operates between the hours of 8 am to 1 am ET Monday thru Friday and 9 am to 9 pm ET on both Saturday and Sunday
- Consumers who are located outside the United States (i.e. France, Brazil) can dial 859-283-8016 for Thank You card services
- Other popular reward options associated with the Thank You redeem points service include cruise, travel package or all-inclusive vacation (i.e. Hawaii)
Please note in order to redeem points associated with the Cit ThankYou reward program the customer’s card must be in good standing and open. Points can be redeemed as often as the member wishes as long as they have enough ThankYou reward points to cover the purchase.
