The Tell Little Chef survey will take about 5 minutes to complete and all feedback will be used to improve the quality of the food and service at this popular roadside restaurant. Please note the Tell Little Chef receipt number can be located in one of the following locations:
- At the bottom of the Little Chef receipt next to the letters “Inv”
- Towards the top of the Little Chef receipt next to the letters “Chk”
Those who do not have the receipt number will not be able to provide feedback and will not be able to enter the Tell Little Chef survey sweepstakes. Customers will also be asked to provide their name, email address, date of birth, and phone number.
