- Use the validation code to take a short survey in regards to a purchase at Sonic
- The validation code can be found on the Sonic Drive Thru customer receipt (towards the bottom)
- The customer will only have 14 days to take the survey from the date of purchase or the code will become void
The Talk To Sonic guest survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and once all the feedback has been provided the customer will earn a coupon for a free drink at Sonic on their next visit. Please note the Talk To Sonic free drink coupon cannot be combined with any other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed for cash or other Sonic menu items. The Talk To Sonic validation code will be 14 digits long and all feedback associated with the survey will be gathered by the Service Management Group.
