Customers who have shopped at a Staples store in Canada can take the Staples Listens CA customer service survey to share the details of their experience and be entered for the chance to win a $1,000 Staples gift card that’s given away every month. The Staples $1,000 customer survey sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of every month, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of every month.
To take the Staples survey and enter the sweepstakes to win a $1,000 gift card, customers must visit a Staples and make a purchase of at least $20 CAD. One out of every two Staples receipts for more than $20 will have a survey code printed on it. Enter that specific survey invitation code to begin taking the guest survey. The Staples guest survey should take no more than 15 minutes to finish.
To enter to win the $1,000 Staples gift card, users must be a legal resident of Canada, and must be of the legal age of majority in their province (18 in most cases).
Potential Staples $1,000 gift card winners will be contacted by e-mail or by phone with instructions on how to claim their prize. Declaration and Release forms will need to be completed by the potential winner and returned to Staples within 15 days of the first notification being made.
The Staples “Make More Happen” satisfaction survey can be taken in either English or French.
