  • To be eligible for this class action lawsuit, you must have worked as an entertainer at Rick’s Cabaret in New York from September 10, 2005 to October 31, 2012

This lawsuit alleges that Rick’s Cabaret was in violation of both the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law by not considering their entertainment as employees and compensating them appropriately.
