The state of Oklahoma offers an online payment system that allows for quick and convenient payment of balances related to Supreme Court cases. Not all types of Oklahoma Supreme Court cases have an online payment option. Only felony, misdemeanor, traffic, or wildlife cases in Oklahoma can be paid online. E-payment can only be made to one Oklahoma Supreme Court case at a time, and the case must have an outstanding balance.

To begin making a payment, user must first select the Oklahoma county where the case was held, and enter the case number. An online lookup tool is provided is this information isn’t known. Once the Oklahoma Supreme Court case number is found, the party information and the outstanding balance will be shown. Payment for a Supreme Court case in Oklahoma can only be made with a credit or debit card.

In some Oklahoma court cases, not all costs can be paid online, regardless of the type of case. For example, restitution fees and appraiser’s fees cannot be paid with a card. If a case has an active and outstanding warrant, the court recommends calling to make it known that the full balance has been paid.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court recommends making payment before 4:30 p.m. to ensure that a payment is processed on that day. Payment made after 4:30 may be applied the following business day.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court is one of the two highest judicial bodies in Oklahoma, and was established in 1907. There are currently 9 judges that sit on Oklahoma’s Supreme Court.
