If you have shopped around for a wireless plan recently, you know that it can be pretty confusing, time consuming, and costly. It’s never easy to tell exactly what plan you need. Fortunately, Family Mobile is here to help! They offer some of the easiest to understand, no annual contract plans around, with terms the whole family will understand.
When you start to activate a Family Mobile plan phone, you will need to make sure you have three things with you: your phone and the original packaging, your personal driver’s license, and the starter kit you received when you signed up for the plan. If you don’t have a driver’s license, you will need to have some other form of photo identification. Locate your phone’s SIM card number (usually near the battery under the back cover) and the activation code on your starter kit.
If you’re activating a brand new plan, you’ll just need to click the “Next” button. Answer how many phones you’re activating, choose your phone from the list, and enter the personal information of the individual that will be using that phone. If you’re adding a line to an already existing Family Mobile account, it’s simply to do. Just need to know the main phone number on the Family Plan account and the password to log in. No matter which option you choose, it only takes a few minutes to get your line squared away!
