Diners who have visited an ASK Italian restaurant can take a survey about their dining experience and be entered to win a £250 gift card for their time. To ensure that feedback reaches the right restaurant location, customers who decide to take the ASK Italian survey for the chance to win a gift card will need to enter their 12 digit survey code that’s printed on the bottom of their original ASK receipt. Customers can enter to win the ASK gift card without taking the survey by mailing in an entry to InMoment, c/o ASK Italian Monthly Prize Draw, One Victoria Square, Birmingham, UK B1 1BD.

- A new lucky winner of the £250 ASK gift card will be chosen on the first day of each month from the previous month’s entries, and the prize must be accepted by the person drawn
