McDonald’s shift managers earn an average of around $10.35 an hour, while assistant managers earn up to $11.60 an hour. McDonald’s has faced allegations though of paying less than minimum wage. McDonald’s current CEO, Steve Easterbrook, has an annual salary of that’s just over $1,000,000.
