  • Those who were enrolled in one of the above programs with consent can submit a claim for a refund

Citi.com/RefundInquiry is operated by Citigroup.  Any questions in regards to the website can be directed to a customer care agent at 1-888-849-1215 (TTY: Use Relay Service) between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday or Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm ET.  Customers looking to submit a claim in regards to a notification letter received will have to provide their last name along with the references number.  The Citi Refund reference number can be found on the notification letter in the top right hand corner.  Please note customers who received multiple notification letters will need to submit a separate claim for a potential refund or credit for each program enrolled.  Customers who already submitted a claim but need to update their contact information (i.e. address or phone number) should update contact information on the Update Address Form.  Those who would like to file a claim for benefits should dial the toll-free number on the back of their Citi credit card.

AmericanExpress.com/Yes is operated by the American Express Company and is designed for American Express credit card members only.  New members will have to provide their AMEX 4 digit card ID and the 15 digit card number in order to begin the registration process.  American Express will provide access to this Year-End Summary of charges at no cost to the members and this service will allow the member to review their annual spending.  Annual spending can be viewed via pie or bar charts, organized by categories like travel and restaurants, or viewed in a simple line by line statement.  The statements can be saved in PDF or Excel format in order to help prepare for bothersome tax filing season or to manage spending.  Please note the Online Year-End Summary, typically available in January, reflects charges posted to AMEX members account from January 1st through December 31st of the prior year.

My Milestone Card

MyMilestoneCard.com is operated by Genesis Bankcard Services and allows a card holder to pay a bill, update account information, enroll in online billing/paperless billing, and view recent transaction or statements.  The service will also provide a member alerts update box (if there are not any new members alerts the card holder will simply see the following wording: “There are no Member Alerts at this time. Check back here for Security Notices and other important information“.  Those who are new to a MyMilestoneCard.com account will have to go through a bothersome registration process.  In order to register the card holder will need their account number, date of birth, SSN, and a valid email address (please use a email adddress that the card holder has access to as they will need to login for confirmation ID).  Finicky consumers who would like a copy of the Account Agreement can click on the “View/Request Account Agreements” tab from their account home page (please allow 7 – 10 business days for the Milestone credit card account agreement to arrive via US mail).  Those who would like to make payments online via www.MyMilestoneCard.com can do so by linking a bank account in good standing.  In order to link a bank account the Milestone credit card holder will have to provide their bank account number and routing number (pro tip: routing numbers are always 7 digits long).
