www.myfamilymobile.com/activation – Activate A FM Phone

My Family Mobile Activation

  • To begin the activation process for a Family Mobile phone, you’ll need your phone along with the packaging that it came in, your driver’s license, and your Family Mobile starter kit
  • From this page, you can activate a brand new account, or add a line to an already existing account
  • Wal-Mart’s Family Mobile plans are powered by the T-Mobile network

If you have shopped around for a wireless plan recently, you know that it can be pretty confusing, time consuming, and costly. It’s never easy to tell exactly what plan you need. Fortunately, Family Mobile is here to help! They offer some of the easiest to understand, no annual contract plans around, with terms the whole family will understand.

When you start to activate a Family Mobile plan phone, you will need to make sure you have three things with you: your phone and the original packaging, your personal driver’s license, and the starter kit you received when you signed up for the plan. If you don’t have a driver’s license, you will need to have some other form of photo identification. Locate your phone’s SIM card number (usually near the battery under the back cover) and the activation code on your starter kit.

If you’re activating a brand new plan, you’ll just need to click the “Next” button. Answer how many phones you’re activating, choose your phone from the list, and enter the personal information of the individual that will be using that phone. If you’re adding a line to an already existing Family Mobile account, it’s simply to do. Just need to know the main phone number on the Family Plan account and the password to log in. No matter which option you choose, it only takes a few minutes to get your line squared away!

www.health.mo.gov/cnaregistry – CNA, CMT, LIMA and Insulin Registry

Health MO CNA Registry

  • DHSS now requires LIMAs to finish a biennial update of their training
  • This registry also extends to include approved instructors, examiners and supervisors
  • This list also includes LPNs and RNs who are approved to be instructors and examiners

In the state of Missouri, changes were recently made to the process of how CNAs, CMTs, and LIMAs register. These changes affect how people with these qualifications handle their day to day duties, as well as how they’re hired and their yearly training.

One change was that people with these qualifications are now required to complete a biennial training update that wasn’t required before. Individuals that are classified as MH Medication Aides can now apply to receive their DHSS LIMA certification. As new individuals finish their annual training or complete new training, their information will be viewable in a national online registry.

In addition, federal law now requires this registry to document any instances of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation. If one of these occurrences happens in an area of the hospital that is designated Medicare or Medicaid, the offender will receive a notation on their profile and will be prohibited from working in any certified facility. Certified long-term care facilities or hospitals are also prohibited from hiring anyone who has a federal violation notation in their profile.

One final change was in the way that people applying for a Certified Nurse’s Assistant position are hired. Presently, their CNA certification must be verified when they are extended an offer for employment. In previous years, this certification wasn’t verified until later in the hiring process.
