If you’ve ever experienced a Tim Horton’s, you know that their food, coffee, and service have an outstanding reputation for a reason. There’s just nothing else like it! If you want to help make Tim Horton’s even better though, fill out this guest survey. Share your recent experience, whether it was good or bad. The survey is fairly short, and should only take about two minutes to complete.
To start, you’ll chose your Tim Horton’s location. You can simply select the one that’s closest to you, find yours by address, or enter the store number of your store. Once that information is entered, you’ll be asked a few questions about your shopping experience. Be sure to answer these questions honestly, and not just what you think the answers “should” be. Honest customer feedback is one of the best ways a business shapes what they do. The answers you put on the survey are confidential, and won’t be shared with anyone outside of Tim Horton’s. You also won’t be contacted about your answers unless you specifically request it, and your answers are in no way permanently attached to your name.
Potential gift card winners will be contacted by phone or by e-mail, and will have five days to respond or the prize will be forfeited.
