ABInBev is Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest brewing company, and currently has around a 25% share of the 47 world’s brewing market, with 16 brands that produce over 200 different labels and bring in over $47 billion in revenue each year.
Anheuser-Busch produces some of the world’s most popular alcohols like Budweiser, the Busch family of beers, Michelob, Natural Light, King Cobra, Bacardi, and more.
ABInBev made news recently when they made one of the largest bond sales in history, selling nearly $46 billion worth of bonds to help finance their purchase of another giant in the beer industry – SAB Miller. This was the second largest bond sale of all time, second only to Verizon’s $49 billion.
Customers who have purchased a beer from Anheuser-Busch can logon to share their opinion of what they’re purchased, and send in any questions or complaints. Customers must be at least 21 years of age to access the Anheuser-Busch Customer Service Survey, or the legal drinking age in their country. When customers take the ABInBev survey, they will be asked to upload the product code from their label, or take a picture of the label to make sure the feedback makes it to the right beer brand.
