Survey WOW Way

The Survey WOW Way can be used in regards to new installs, service calls, or front counter issues when visiting a local WOW office. Those who take the New Install/Service Call Survey will have to provide the technicians ID number (this number should be on the WOW sales receipt), how long ago the WOW service call took place, and what type of service call (i.e. cable, Internet, phone). Those taking the front desk counter survey will be asked to provide the Customer Care Representative ID number, how long ago the counter visit took place, and the purpose of the visit. Once the survey is completed the customer can opt in to receive information about service enhancements or new product introductions that WOW may be using in the future.
