She sums up the purpose of this survey in a nutshell – simply making sure that Pier 1 customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. Pier 1 really does listen to their customers, so taking this survey will help make the shopping experience better for every customer in the future! If you don’t have online access, remember that Pier 1 also allows you to take their survey by phone! Just call the number on your receipt, and you’ll be asked the same questions through an automated system.
