My Horizon Refund Policy:
- To start a My Horizon refund, customers are asked to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the words “Refund Request” in the subject and include their order number, the name of the product being returned, and name and telephone number of the customer

My Horizon Financial does have a refund policy, which is limited to 30 days from the time of the first payment. If a course from My Horizon has been completed, or a credit report has already been issued, no refund will be given.
