Patients who have utilized the services of Health First can visit their online survey to share details of their medical healthcare services. Patients are asked to just think of the medical care services they have received in the past 6 months for this survey.
To begin taking the survey, patients will need to enter the type of insurance they have, like Commercial/Employer Group, Individual/Family Plan, or Medicare Advantage Plan. Questions will be asked about the overall Health First program, then about the specific physicians that were seen. The Health First treatment survey should take patients less than 10 minutes to fully complete.

- The program was founded in 1995, and operates in four hospitals, Cape Canaveral Hospital, Holmes Regional Medical Center, Palm Bay Hospital and Viera Hospital
