  • Login to manage your BP card account from Chase, now managed by Synchrony
  • If you haven’t registered your new account, click the “Register Now” button
  • Make sure you have your statement with you, because you’ll need some information from it to register

If you had a BP credit card issued by the Chase company, you should know that your card is now managed by another company. Synchrony Bank now manages your account. That means that if you haven’t done so already, you’ll need to register your account online (even if you already had it registered with Chase bank).

When you register, you will need to have your account statements handy. You will need your account number that appears on it. You will need to have your credit card ready, and be the primary account holder. Select a username and a password, and make sure those fit the parameters given. Once you have that information down, your new account is set up and ready to use! You can make a payment towards your BP account, see how much of a balance you have, keep track of recent transactions, and more.

Your security is of the utmost importance. You will also be asked to select a few security questions to make sure your account stays safe. You will also choose a security image, which will appear every time you log in. If you every try to log in and don’t see this security image, you know you’re not logging in to the appropriate site!

If you were previously enrolled in any automatic bill payments through your bank account, you will need to re-enroll with this new information. If you don’t change your information, your payment will not be applied to the new account.
