Cellcom has a free tool called myNotifications that makes it simple for customers to check their data usage, voice minutes usage, or text message usage, and even sign up for notifications when the account is approaching the limit. MyNotifications was introduced by Cellcom in 2012, and had proven to be a very popular feature with customers.
Customers can completely opt out of myNotifications to receive no notices at all, or can opt to receive daily updates on account totals, not just notices when the limits are almost reached.
When customers are on the Cellcom network, usage statistics are updated almost instantly, but if customers are roaming on another network, it may take up to 60 days for that information to be fully updated.
