While many people find absolutely everything they need at Bluewater, there’s always room for improvement. That’s why Bluewater corporate is asking their customers to fill out this guest survey. Your opinion helps to make Bluewater an even better place. Let them know what things are going well, and let them know what things could use a little work. Oftentimes, the only way a business will know something needs attention is when their customers let them know.
When you begin the survey, you’ll be asked how long ago you visited, and what day of the week and time it was. From there, you’ll rate your overall satisfaction, how you actually got to Bluewater, whether you had any children with you, what mall services you used, and more. The best thing you can do here is to be completely honest. If you enjoyed something, they need to know about it, and if you didn’t enjoy something, they need to know as well.
