Belfort Furniture Survey
- Provide feedback in regards to a furniture purchase from Belfort
- The Belfort Furniture survey should only take a few minutes to complete and is not allowed to be taken via phone
- Customers who complete the survey in full will be entered into a sweepstakes draw where they could win a $1000 Belfort Furniture gift card
The Belfort Furniture Survey will consist of 10 customer service related questions in regards to the furniture and delivery purchase. In order to start the survey the customer will be required to have the Sales Order Number which can be found in the top right corner of the Belfort Furniture Delivery or Pick Up Receipt. Once the sales order number has been provided the customer will be asked to provide feedback in regards to a variety of customer service related items such as the sales staff presentation and knowledge of the furniture products, variety and selection of furniture available, and the quality of the furniture.
