Auto Quality Feedback
- Take a short online survey operated by the RDA Group
- The survey will help the firm understand any concerns of their customers in order to improve future vehicles
- In order to start the Auto Quality Feedback survey the customer will need the survey access code
When taking the survey please do not use the back and forward buttons on the customers web browser as it may restart the survey and the customer will have to begin on the last page that was successfully submitted. Those who are having trouble with the survey and can’t figure them out can reach out to email KScott@RdaGroup.com… when sending an email in regards to the Auto Quality Feedback survey please include the Survey Access number in any communications.
